By purchasing designs on this website you are purchasing UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE - a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use pattern designs for UNLIMITED PHYSICAL END PRODUCTS for sale for unlimited time. 

All products here are A DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED. Due to nature of the products any RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS ARE UNAVAILABLE. 

The purchase ALLOWS you to:

• scale the design and it's elements depending on your needs / product specification,
• change design's colours when purchasing EPS file,
• use the pattern design for any physical product for unlimited units, for unlimited time.

The purchase DOES NOT allow you to (this is strictly PROHIBITED): 

• use the pattern design for DIGITAL PRODUCTS,
• change design's colors when purchasing only JPG file,
• duplicate, sublicense or resale the digital copy or any modified versions of the pattern,
• upload the designs and sell goods with them on print on demand websites, like Redbubble, Spoonflower, Society6, Zazzle, Printify, Printfull and etc..
• sell pattern designs as NFT.

By purchasing Unlimited Commercial License depending on your choice you get:

• REPEATING TILE of seamless pattern of chosen color version in high res. JPG file format.
• REPEATING TILES of seamless pattern of all shown color versions in high res. JPG file each
• REPEATING TILES of seamless pattern of all shown color versions in EPS and JPG file formats each.

All pattern designs remain the sole and exclusive property of the Author - Elvyra Konteniene. Author shall be entitled to offer and provide these pattern designs to other clients, sell them on other platforms and otherwise advertise them.
